Self build plots for sale in Hailsham
The Paddock, Hailsham’s first self and custom build community, has been launched by Custom Build Homes in partnership with development company Landstrom. The scheme has planning permission for five three- to five-bedroom bespoke homes on plots of up to one third of an acre. Buyers will have the opportunity to design their home with award-winning chartered architect Allan Corfield. The plots are now available and prices start from £230,000.
