Nine new self-build plots are up for grabs at Graven Hill, the UK's largest self- and custom-build development site in Bicester. 

Prices range from £235,000 to £265,000, with the largest plot able to cater for a six-bedroom home.  

The plots are located in a ‘Circular Railway’ character area of the site, which incorporates features of the existing railway, and close to green spaces.

Each plot comes with a unique ‘Plot Passport’, which sets out everything from the maximum number of bedrooms permitted and gross internal floor area to acceptable building materials.  

Financial support from the Government’s new Help to Build scheme is expected to be available on these plots, when the scheme is launched in the spring. Buyers can benefit from the loan equity scheme with only a five per cent deposit required. 

Graven Hill will also launch a range of custom-build homes for those wanting a bespoke home without taking on a self build. These homes may also be suitable for the Help to Build scheme.
